Jason Hyland
Jason Hyland is a recovering alcoholic and addict, who’s turned his addictions into a movement to spread the message of hope and inspiration through his book and speaking platforms. He is the author of Stop Thinking Like That, which became an Amazon bestseller within 2 weeks of its pre-order release. Jason became a Certified Recovery Coach after graduating from a 6 month rehabilitation program. He is a prominent addiction advocate, speaking all over Massachusetts, alongside members of legislation, at schools, hospitals, and institutions, as well as many national podcasts.
Jason played college baseball at the University of Tampa where he was named the College World Series MVP in 2003. Unfortunately, months after is where his addictions began to take control of his life and he was removed from the team. He finished playing two years at California State University, Chico and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
Jason is very passionately about helping out those who still struggle with addiction, going to any levels possible in doing so. He resides in Beverly, Mass with his 2 dogs, Beanie & Shaq.
